Reservations.  A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation and 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Deposits can be made via PayPal or wire transfer.  Paypal charges 3% for credit card transactions and the Banco Nacional Costa Rica charges $10-20 per wire per wire.
