Located on the second (and top) floor, it sleeps six and has a lovely little balcony that faces the ocean and provides a fantastic breeze.  The main floor has a master bedroom with TV, A/C, and a bathroom.  This level also has the dining area and fully equipped kitchen.  Upstairs is a large loft that has two queen size beds. The condo is fantastically located just a 5 minute walk from down town and the ocean. Reservations.  A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation and 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Deposits can be made via PayPal or wire transfer.  Paypal charges 3% for credit card transactions and the Banco Nacional Costa Rica charges $10-20 per wire.

Cleaning.  Cleaning once a week is included in short term rental rates.

Utilities.  Rates on the condominiums typically do not include electricity.  Please inquire.
