This one bedroom condo is located on the second (and top) floor, its sleeps four and has a lovely little balcony that faces the ocean.  On the main floor there is a master bedroom with A/C.  This level also has the dining area, bathroom, and kitchen.  Upstairs is a large loft that has a pull-out sofa bed, A/C and a TV.  The condo is fantastically situated just a 5 minute walk to the ocean or downtown.  Enjoy the pool, outdoor community rancho, laundry facilities, and 24 hour security that the complex offers.

Reservations.  A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation and 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Deposits can be made via PayPal or wire transfer.  Paypal charges 3% for credit card transactions and the Banco Nacional Costa Rica charges $10-20 per wire.

Cleaning.  Cleaning once a week is included in short term rental rates.

Utilities.  Rates on the condominiums typically do not include electricity.  Please inquire.
