This one bedroom plus loft condo is located on the second (and top) floor. It sleeps five and has a lovely little balcony that faces the ocean and provides a wonderful breeze.  On the main floor there is a master bedroom with TV and A/C.  This level also has the bathroom, dining area and kitchen.  Upstairs is a large loft area that has a queen and a full size bed, A/C and a TV.  The condo is fantastically located just a 5 minute walk from the ocean and downtown. Enjoy the pool, 24 hour security, covered parking, well kept grounds and the washer and dryer facilities.

Reservations.  A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation and 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Deposits can be made via PayPal or wire transfer.  Paypal charges 3% for credit card transactions and the Banco Nacional Costa Rica charges $10-20 per wire.

Cleaning.  Cleaning once a week is included in short term rental rates.

Utilities.  Rates on the condominiums typically do not include electricity.  Please inquire.
