This is perhaps one of the nicest condos in the complex.  It is beautifully decorated and very well equipped as the owners consider this their home and not just a vacation rental. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the condo sleeps four people comfortably. There is a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone and internet.  No need to bring anything down with you, not even a beach towel!  The condo is fantastically located, just a 5 minute walk to the beach or downtown. Reservations.  A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation and 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Deposits can be made via PayPal or wire transfer.  Paypal charges 3% for credit card transactions and the Banco Nacional Costa Rica charges $10-20 per wire.

Cleaning.  Cleaning once a week is included in short term rental rates.

Utilities.  Rates on the condominiums typically do not include electricity.  Please inquire.
