La Papaya

La Papaya was designed for comfort in this tropical climate, with two private shaded terraces that expand the living area. Sea breezes keep the house cool and fresh. Views of Playa Samara and Isla Chora are enjoyed from every room.

As you enter the house you will see a large fully equipped kitchen and large living area with a futon couch/bed.  As you continue on you will find the quaint spare bedroom with a double bed, safe, and ceiling fan.  Just past that is the bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor entrance to the open air shower, perfect for a rise after the beach.  Upstairs is the master suit with a master bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, safe, and ocean views.  Off of the master bedroom is both a master bath and a porch with a table and chairs for two.  Enjoy the surrounding wildlife and breathtaking ocean views while reading your new novel.

La Papaya shares a "get cool" pool and a spacious covered rancho with  El Mango, also available for vacation rental. Up the hill is Casa el Gecko, also available for rent. Reserve one, two, or all three houses for an unforgettable gathering.  In case you need to check your email, this property offers DSL so bring your laptop!
