Looking for breathtaking ocean views and privacy?  Look no further.

This home is a two bedroom, two bathroom, plus a loft nestled in the corner of the world, surrounded by jungle on one side and second-to-none ocean views on the other.

On the main level you will find a large living room with couches complete with Direct TV.  The beautiful kitchen has an abundance of appliances that will make you feel right at home. Step out of the main entrance and find a beautiful dining table that seats six.  Outside you will also find padded lounge chairs, a hammock, and a plunge pool all with ocean views. 

Upstairs there are two bedrooms off the breezeway and an outside sitting area perfect for reading or an afternoon nap.  Each bedroom contains a double bed, one of which is a canopy bed, both opening up to the beautiful views and sounds of the surrounding wildlife.  Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with large showers.

On the third level there is a loft with a vaulted ceiling, desk, and panoramic views of the sea and jungle.  There is also a corner couch perfect for an afternoon siesta or for extra guests.

Casa Monica is set on the hills overlooking Samara Beach.  It is about a twenty minute walk to the beach and a five minute drive to downtown Samara.
