Walk to town and the beach from this newly built three-bedroom air-conditioned vacation rental home. 

Villa Verano, The Summer House, offers a master bedroom with a queen size bed, desk, air conditioning, and master bathroom.  The second bedroom offers a single bed with air conditioning and the third bedroom has a futon for extra guests and air conditioning.  At the end of the hall is the second bathroom with a bathtubs!!  The home also boasts a washer and dryer. The kitchen, living room and dining area is all one big room with vaulted ceilings, fans, and screened windows.  The living room offers a mixture of couches, chairs, and rocking chairs for chatting or TV viewing.

Outside is a perfect sized swimming pool, outdoor bathroom with a separate shower, hammocks, and manicured gardens and grass.  The house is surrounded by a big wall for security, enclosed parking, and has an alarm system.  The house is in town and walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shops and the beach, yet secluded enough to offer peace and quiet.
