This is a spacious one bedroom condo that has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The apartment is priced for two people, however a sofa bed will accommodate an additional two kids (under 13) for free, or two additional adults at $15 a day per adult. The condo is fantastically located, just a 5 minute walk to the beach or downtown. Enjoy the pool, 24 hour security, well kept grounds, washer and dryer facilities and covered parking.

Reservations.  A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation and 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Deposits can be made via PayPal or wire transfer.  Paypal charges 3% for credit card transactions and the Banco Nacional Costa Rica charges $10-20 per wire.

Cleaning.  Cleaning once a week is included in short term rental rates.

Utilities.  Rates on the condominiums typically do not include electricity.  Please inquire.
